Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Your tumbler(s) will include insurance. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All fragile items will be wrapped carefully so that if handled roughly by the carrier, no damages SHOULD occur. Once the item reflects that it has been picked up and is in the hands of the postal service, I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages by carrier. In the event that your item is damaged or missing during shipping, you may open a claim with USPS and make me aware of the incident. Once I am reimbursed for your item, I will remake it.
